Empire's Tribute is a collaborative fan built fandom based on non-existent pieces of media. It was started by Tumblr user charlesoberonn on August 2nd 2020 when he posted "I’m gonna post some memes for a fandom that doesn’t exist"[1]
While Charles is considered to have the final say on canon and noncanon he has said "I don’t plan to be the arbiter forever though. I’m gonna let whichever ideas succeed do so on their own merit rather than whether or not I like them."
